Akva Waterbeds A/S do not register any data that can be used to identify you unless you buy a product in our online shop or sign up for our newsletter.
How do we store your data?
We encrypt and store all your personal data in our online shop system that is hosted in safe data centres that come up to the demands of GDPR. Your information will also be stored in our finance and production systems enabling us to produce the items you purchase and then ship them. All of this information is, of course, confidential, and we will neither pass it on nor sell it to third party. If you sign up for our newsletter, we store your name and email address in our newsletter service system Mailchimp. Mailchimp also meets the demands of GDPR, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who has access to your data?
A few chosen administrative employees at Akva Waterbeds A/S have access to personal data.
We have no access to your payment details. All payment details are encrypted and controlled by QuickPay and NETS.
Akva Waterbeds A/S use cookies
In order to understand our visitors, to develop and improve our website we gather statistical information about the visitors´ activities on our website. To achieve very accurate statistics we use Google Analytics cookies.

Right to delete data:
You are entitled to have all personal information that Akva Waterbeds A/S have stored about you deleted at any time except when:
* you have placed an order in our online shop, and the order has not been sent yet or only partially sent.
*you have purchased something in our online shop. According to the accounting regulations we must store personal information relating to a purchase for 5 years.
If you want access to the personal information that Akva Waterbeds A/S have stored on you, you must make a personal application.
